Contractor Webmasters (and sister brands): alternatives compared

Credit first, prominently: they rank for their own money terms. At our 2026-08-27 measurement, roofingwebmasters.com held #2 for “roofing seo” (2,400 monthly searches) and #1 for “roofing seo service” and “roofing contractor seo.” An SEO shop that ranks itself is showing you the product. Their content is founder-bylined (Nolen Walker), and their AEO page correctly notes that Google dropped FAQ rich results — honesty we share.

The header teaser reads “$99 to Start! Call for Details”; there is no pricing page in their sitemap. On reviews, their claim checks out. Their /reviews/ page displays 84 Google reviews with names, dates and full text — we loaded it in a real browser on 2026-08-28 and read them. That supports the “80+ 5-Star Reviews” claim on their about page.

A correction, since we ask the same of others: an earlier version of this page said that reviews page was empty. It was not. Our first check used a plain fetch, which missed a widget that loads by script. We re-checked in a browser and fixed it here.

Their home page measured a 26.5-second LCP on mobile, with accessibility scores of 0.67–0.74 across the three pages we audited (Lighthouse CLI, single runs, 2026-08-27 — with a recorded caveat that their firewall may have blocked some requests during the audit). The invitation stands as always: re-run it yourself, on their pages and ours.

Roofing Webmasters is roofing-only. Sister-brand sites exist under the same naming pattern with overlapping founder bylines — we did not measure those sites in depth, so we won't characterize them. If you run HVAC or plumbing alongside roofing, you'd be stitching brands together; whether that matters is your call.

Method, briefly: rankings come from standard keyword-rank data; pricing and review claims are quoted from their own pages; performance numbers are Lighthouse CLI runs with the firewall caveat recorded honestly. Where we didn't measure — the sister-brand sites — we say so instead of guessing. That's the standard we'd want applied to us, and you can apply it: every check above is repeatable with free tools.
